Grew up in Ibaraki, Japan. In 2014, worked as a head coach of JV team in the University of Tokyo. In 2015, helped as a scouting director for the University of Tokyo's varsity men's basketball team. Currently in the US to get a master degree for sport management from St. John's Univeristy, while volunteering Christ the King high school basketball team.
YOUTH BASKETBALL TRAINING IN BAYSIDE
Grew up in Rosedale, Queens and went on to be a star player at Cardozo high school. Following a prolific high school career he went on to star at one of the top JUCO’s in the nation, New Mexico Military Institute. After a successful stint at the military school Justin chose to continue his collegiate career at York College in Queens. In 2014, Justin was an integral key on a York team that won the CUNYAC men’s basketball championship. That CUNYAC title, their fourth in school history, earned them a berth to the NCAA tournament.
Grew up in Bayside, Queens and eventually was a standout player at St. Mary’s high school in Manhasset. After graduating in 2007 he signed a national letter of intent to play at UMBC, a division 1 school that competed in the America East Conference. In 2008 he was a member of the first team in school history to make it to the NCAA tournament, where they eventually played and lost to Georgetown University. Marcos ultimately transferred to Norfolk State University, another division 1 school in the Mid Eastern Athletic conference. In 2012 he was a part of a team that made history in the NCAA tournament, his team, a 15-seed, became one of only 7 teams in tournament history to beat a 2-seed, the University of Missouri. After a successful collegiate career Marcos went on to play professionally in the Dominican Republic.
